In December 2009 a local consultancy company with an international remit used Nant yr Odyn for a two day meeting of its associates. The principal offered this comment: " we use venues across the UK and Europe and the food prepared here for the team I invited has been superb. Delicious, wholesome,fresh and beautifully prepared.
